I just had a wonderful experience at this salon yesterday with April! I walked in without an appointment and she asked if I could wait 10 minutes. She was very sweet, professional and competent. I love my haircut and style she gave me. I can honestly say that her cut is as good as the one I regularly get in New York City for $200. I can’t wait to go back.
I had my hair done by April and it was an outstanding experience. It was my first cut and color experience with COVID and they followed all protocols and everything felt very safe. Beyond that April transformed my yellowing blonde hair into the beautiful, shorter dirty blonde look I was looking for. She was meticulous when picking out my color and ensuring I got the result I was looking for. I get compliments on my hair all the time!!!
Furthermore, April was so great to talk to and she gave me great tips as a new resident of Summit County. I’m lucky I found my go-to salon and hairstylist on my first try here! I recommend First Impressions if you live here or if you’re just visiting.
